Procella P15 Long-throw 15-inch Subwoofer

Procella Audio today launched the P15 long-throw 15-inch subwoofer, which is aimed at large home cinemas, commercial cinemas and larger rooms (up to 3,000 cubic feet). The active subwoofer features dual 15-inch drivers, which are individually powered by 350-watt amplifiers and 28bit/56 bit ADI Sigma DSP controls. KEF today introduced its HTB2SE-W high-end subwoofer which is actually a wireless version of the existing HTB2. The HTB2SE-W’s wireless capabilities are made possible via KEF’s Universal Wireless Kit, which uses a standard 2.4Ghz RF system. The sub uses a 10-inch driver powered by a 250 watt digital amplifier and a 10-inch passive radiator packed into a slim enclosure that can be used horizontally or vertically.
