
T-Mobile USA today introduced a couple of new 4G Android 3.2 Honeycomb-powered tablets namely the T-Mobile SpringBoard and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. Manufactured by Huawei, the SpringBoard is a budget-friendly tablet that provides a 7-inch HD multitouch display, a 1.2 GHz dual-core mobile processor, Adobe Flash Player support, a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera and video recorder with 720p for HD video capture, a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, an SD card slot(up to 32GB), and a personal GPS navigation. The tablet also offers several preloaded entertainment applications such as access to thousands of movies and TV shows via BLOCKBUSTER on Demand, Netflix and T-Mobile TV.
T-Mobile’s Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 features a large 10.1-inch HD touchscreen display, which is combined with a 1 GHz dual-core nVidia Tegra 2 processor and Adobe Flash Player support. The Android tablet comes equipped with several pre-installed apps and games including T-Mobile TV, Samsung Media Hub, Asphalt 6: Adrenaline HD demo, SIM City Deluxe demo, and Blio eReader. T-Mobile is ready to release the Sonic 4G Mobile HotSpot next month. Manufactured by Huawei, the device provides the company’s fastest 4G (HSPA+ 42) network for up to five WiFi-enabled devices such as iPad, iPhone, laptops, and Android smartphones, etc. Weighing at only 3.88 ounces, the device comes equipped with a microSD card slot that supports up to 32GB of storage space. This microSD card slot allows you to share content across connected devices. T-Mobile has just made a new announcement via Twitter that they will be selling the all new LG G-Slate Android tablet on their network starting on April 20th. The device will be sold for $529.99 with a new 2-year contract agreement and after a $100 mail-in rebate. T-Mobile is set to launch Dell’s newest Android Tablet ‘Streak 7′ on their network. The device will become available from February 2nd for $199.99 with a 2-year T-Mobile contract and after a $50 mail-in rebate or for $450 contract-free. This network carrier has put up an information page for the upcoming tablet, allowing you to enter your email address and be informed with upcoming information about it. T-Mobile today introduced a brand new modem in the form of the webConnect Rocket 2.0. The device features a built-in microSDHC storage and a swiveling USB connector, which makes it a snap to fit into the MacBook Air as well as those who work with limited space. The webConnect Rocket 2.0 Modem also supports Mac and Windows platforms. In addition, T-Mobile also plans to launch its first HSPA+ smartphone in a similarly indefinite timeframe. The myTouch 3G Fender Edition will be released via T-Mobile USA on January 20, 2010. T-Mobile has teamed up with legendary guitarist Eric Clapton to promote this handset. FYI, the myTouch 3G Fender Edition has a 3.5mm headset jack and a 16GB MicroSD card in the box. The phone comes preloaded with Eric Clapton hit songs like “Wonderful Tonight,” “Layla,” “Rock ‘N’ Roll Heart” and “My Father’s Eyes.” There are also several songs from Avril Lavigne, Wyclef Jean and Brad Paisley.
