
This year is beginning to look great for HP. Their new TX2000 tablet pc features decent specs and looks even better! It features a webcam ,an integrated microphone, Pavilion HDX, a 512MB NVIDIA GeForce 8800M GTS graphics set, an optional Core 2 Extreme processor, Blu-ray / HD DVD support and a 20.1-inch WUXGA (1,920 x 1,200) XHD Ultra Brightview display along with four Altec Lansing speakers and a built-in “subwoofer,” an eSATA port, hybrid analog / digital TV tuner, room for two HDDs and a media remote. Not to mention a cheap retail price of $1299. Watch out for this beauty in the near future.

HP has dropped a new series of tablet pcs. One of them being the TX-1400 convertible tablet. It features standard features such as: 2.2GHz AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-64 processor, Geforce Go 6150 graphics, 2GB of RAM, a 250GB hard drive, a DVD burner, and built-in 802.11n WiFi and Bluetooth. Purchase this one for a sweet price of $1200 at Notebook Italia.

If you’re tired of laptops you might want to try a tablet pc by Amtek. The iTablet T221 tablet pc has 1.2Ghz Core Duo CPU, 60GB Hard Drive, 2GB RAM, and Wi-Fi A/B/G as well as a 12.1 XGA display. Price and whether not it will be available in the US is unknown at the moment.

HP Korea today released its 12-inch ultra slim convertible tablet PC in Korea. Known as the HP Compaq 2710p, it comes loaded with Intel Core 2 Duo processor U7600 and Illumi-Lite display technology for lightweight design and low power consumption. Other features include 2.1MP camera for video conference and video instant messaging, and optional business card scan function. Pricing info is still unavailable. Watch the video to get more details.
