
Teac today announced its new all-in-one music system called the CR-H500NT. The device comes with a built-in CD player, an FM tuner and a USB port for connecting your iPod or other USB devices. It also offers a 2×40W output and supports both Ethernet and WiFi 802.11b/g internet connectivities, allowing access to internet radio and music streaming from a networked PC/storage. If you want to convert all of your grandma’s LPs and cassette tapes collection into CD format, then you can use the latest CD recorder from Teac. The Teac LP-R550 comes equipped with a cassette tape recorder, LP disk player, and an AM/FM tuner. You can purchase the Teac LP-R550 for 69,800 Yen or equal to $745. [Akihabara]

If you are a professional DJ or a super rich person who are willing to spend 525,000 Yen ($5,496) for a turntable, then check out the new Teac VPI Scoutmaster II. It comes with an interesting design. Teac Japan just launched a new docking station for iPod and iPhone. Known as the SR-2B, the gadget has an alarm clock function, an AM/FM tuner, and two 4-Watts speakers. Teac will release the new iPod docking station in January 2009. Priced at €235, the Teac TD-X300i supports CD-R/RW, MP3 audio files, AM/FM radio and boasts a maximum output power of 5Wx2 + 15W (Subwoofer). Japan is dropping some goodies for your iPod and here’s yet another one by TEAC. The SR-L250i is an all-in-one iPod system that is also an alarm, CD player, USB key, and of course iPod dock. The USB key allows you to store MP3 files so you can play those along with your iTunes. Hopefully Japan will bring this to the U.S, no word on pricing or availability so far.

TEAC comes back with the VRDS X-05 SACD + CD-R/RW player that is priced at around $4,350(after conversion). Its high-precision loading mechanism provides an altogether quieter, smoother CD experience, while the aluminum turntable reduces vibration to a minimum. The player will be available in The States in January 2008.
