
Thermaltake is out with another one of its low-profile CPU cooler called the SlimX3. Designed specifically for HTPC (home theater PC) users, the SlimX3 comes equipped with an aluminum base, two 6mm copper heatpipes, an 80mm fan that works at 1200RPM to 2400RPM and is compatible with both LGA 775 and LGA 1156 sockets. Thermaltake is set to unleash their latest Full Tower PC case ‘Element V Nvidia Edition’ for the mass market. This particular case is certified for NVIDIA’s newly introduced GeForce GTX 480/470 graphics card and comes equipped with five exposed 5.25-inch bays, a top-placed I/O panel with one audio, one eSATA and four USB connectors, a built-in fan controller and supports for both 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch drive bays. Thermaltake today introduced the new Toughpower XT line of high-end power supply units, which provides 25 more watts compared to other brands in the market. This added wattage is meant to enhance the system upgrade potential. Thermaltake today introduced their new Silver River II hard drive enclosure. Made out of aluminum, the ST0016 and ST0017 are designed to host 3.5-inch hard drives and come with a conveniently removable foot allowing to place the enclosure in various ways. There is also a smaller model that measures 79mm x 17mm x 136mm. This ultra-compact Thermaltake ST0018 model is designed for 2.5-inch hard drives. Thermaltake has unveiled their latest PC case that comes with a transparent window at the end of the left side panel that provides a good view of what’s happening inside the cabinet. Thermaltake and BMW have introduced the Level 10 PC case at 2009 CeBIT exhibition. This futuristic-looking PC case is targeted especially at gamers. The case features an eye-catching design.
