Thinkware has announced its first Android-powered PND namely the Smart Navi K9. What makes this gadget interesting is that it is powered by a 1GHz Cortex A8 CPU and a 512MB of RAM. What’s more, this navigation gadget runs on the Google Android 2.2 (Froyo) OS, GPS, a 9-inch multitouch screen and dual SD card slots. Thinkware iNAVI KE100

Thinkware of Korea will release the iNAVI KE100 GPS navigation system on March 22nd, 2010. The gadget features Thinkware’s upgraded 3D electronic map “iNAVI Real 3D” that provides useful information on the 3D environment structure through a 7-inch high-resolution LCD screen in a photo realistic way. Additionally, the gadget has a 900MHz processor, a SiRF V6 GPS, an integrated DMB, video and audio playback, and multiple sensors. This portable device features a 7-inch WVGA (800×480) LCD screen, a 500MHz processor, a 128MB RAM, a 64MB ROM, Ublox5 GPS, DMB support, audio/video playback, built-in games and more. Thinkware has introduced the successor to its iNAVI K3 3D navigation device with the all new iNAVI K3+ for the Korean market. Featuring a stylish wine color design and a translucent power key, this portable device offers a 7-inch WVGA (800 x 480 resolution) LCD display, a SIRF V6 chipset, a 900MHz processor, a 8GB SDHC memory card, a 256MB RAM, DMB support, a video player, MP3 playback, a car diary function and a USB host to expand its memory capacity. Thinkware Korea has introduced its new ThinkNavi T7 in Europe, which includes maps of 45 European countries and offers voice guidance in 20 languages. The device comes equipped with a 7-inch LCD display with 800×480 WVGA resolution, a 500MHz processor, SiRF III GPS chipset, 128MB RAM, 64MB ROM, an integrated DVB-T TVtuner, image viewer and text viewer.
