
Google has teamed up with Modify Watches to release the Google Android Modify Watch. This Android-themed timepiece features Google’s Chrome logo and the Google logo. Tokyoflash Japan has started selling the Limited Edition Tokyoflash Kisai On Air Watch. What makes this timepiece special is that it has a minimal design with a colored touchscreen LCD display. The LCD display is always on, so the time can be read at a glance and the LED backlight function means it will light up on demand, a useful function for night time. The ZIIIRO Celeste is not an ordinary wristwatch. It displays the current time using two transparent colored discs. The watch features a matte stainless steel casing and strap. Yoon-jin Gon, Yoon-tae Myoung and Kim Sung Hun have designed the USB Watch. It is a combination of a wristwatch and a USB flash drive. This wearable gadget is powered by a built-in battery, which can be recharge using a USB port. Every time you charge its battery, the USB Watch will automatically sync with the computer’s time. Tokyoflash has recently introduced its new timepiece namely the Kisai Seven. This futuristic looking watch features a pair of rings that point to the hours and minutes just like an ordinary wristwatch. The inner ring displays the hours, while the outer ring shows the minutes. There is a dark part in each ring that points to the current time. What’s more, the L-shaped bars above and below these circles display 1-4 minutes. Other features include a hard plastic case, a polyurethane strap with a seamless butterfly clasp at the back and a USB port for charging purposes. The Nooka Xon is equipped with a small hole on one side that allows you to loop it through a lanyard. It is a cool concept that will hopefully hit the light of production. The Casio G-Shock GR-8900A is now available for purchase. The shock- and water resistant timepiece comes with a variety of functions such as a 1/100 second stopwatch, a countdown timer, and a mute function. The G-Shock GR-8900A adopts the Tough Solar power system that is designed to generate enough electricity to feed the LED backlights and other power-hungry functions. Tokyoflash Japan has introduced its latest wristwatch namely the Kisai Night Vision. The watch is easy to read. You just need to touch the upper button to show the time. Hours are shown in the outer ring, while minutes are shown digitally in the center. If you push the lower button, the month will also be shown in the outer ring, while the date digitally in the center. Constructed with black stainless steel, the timepiece also offers an alarm clock mode, a light-up animation, and an adjustable strap. Its rechargeable LIR2032 battery offers up to one month of operation time. Available in black with blue, green or red LEDs, the Tokyoflash Kisai Night Vision is priced at $129. Urwerk today unveiled its new timepiece, the UR-1001 Zeit Device. The watch has been constructed out of a single block of metal. The main body is made from a special alloy called Titanium Aluminum Nitride coated on a stainless steel base, while the internal mechanisms contain 51 jewels including precious stones, and DLC treated main-plate and base plate, which speaks of the novelty value of the watch. Designed by Shiping Toohey from New Zealand, the foldable F.O. Clock concept is inspired by two Japanese art forms such as Furoshiki and Origami. The clock is made from 18 tessellated pieces and is constructively folded into a sleek modern artwork. It is a cool concept that will hopefully hit the light of production.
