Toshiba introduced the Dynabook Satellite WXW laptop which is specially designed for gamers. This Santa Rose based machine is powered by a 2.0 Ghz Core 2 Duo T7300 processor and 1 GB of RAM (expandable to 4GB). The laptop also sports the DirectX 10-capable GeForce 8700M GT with 256MB memory (upto 1GB shared) which is fit for the 17.1 inch clear view display supporting 1680 x 1050 pixels. Other features include a 120GB hard drive, DVD super drive, 4.1 channel Harmon Kardon speakers with sub-woofer, 109 key keyboard, 1.3MP camera and HDMI for connecting to your LCD TV. Available in cool red finish, the Toshiba Dynabook Satellite WXW will be available in Japan starting at $1800. One more pic after the jump.

The Toshiba Dynabook SS RX1 measures at just 19.5mm thick and comes with its shiny magnesium casing. The SS RX1 is available in three versions. It is the hard drive and optical drive where the specifications differ, the three versions come with 80GB HDD/ DVD writer, 80GB HDD/ HD-DVD drive and 64GB SSD drive/ DVD writer. Other features include 1.06 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo U7500 CPU, 1 GB RAM, Intel 945 GMS Chipset with video, 12.1 inch WXGA display (1280 x 800), Fingerprint scanner, SD card slot, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The Toshiba Dynabook SS RX1 will be available in Japan from late June with the first two models will be available for $1800 and $2054 respectively.
