Toshiba’s new TLP-X200U wireless 3LCD projector is claimed to be the world’s first projector with voice guidance. The Voice Guidance feature informs users with an audible message through the projector’s operating instructions and system warnings including the on/off status, lamp life, air filter checks and cooling fan status. Weighing at 4.4 pounds, this lightweight projector features 3LCD technology, 3,000 ANSI lumens, XGA (1024×768) native resolution, a 600:1 contrast ratio and a built-in blackboard function with wall color adjustment. Toshiba Japan has decided to release their first netbook for the Japanese market. The NB100 feature an 8.9-inch LCD screen with 1024 x 600 resolution, a 1.6GHz Atom CPU, 1GB of RAM, a 120GB hard drive, WiFi, and will be available in either Ubuntu or Windows XP OS. Gamers will be happy to hear that Toshiba has updated their Qosmio laptop series with the new X305-Q708 gaming laptop. The desktop replacement has 17 inch widescreen TruBrite display with an Intel Core 2 Extreme quad-core processor, Dual NVIDIA GeForce 9800M GTS 1GB GPUs, 320GB hard drive, 128GB NAND flash memory, 4GB DDR3 RAM, Full-size keyboard, Four Harman Kardon stereo speakers with subwoofer, 1.3MP webcam, HDMI and DisplayPort connectors. The latest addition to the Toshiba Dynabook Satellite PXW laptop series will be launched in Japan. This desktop replacement are currently available in two version including the PXW/55GW and PXW/57GW. The new Dynabook Satellite PXW/55GW comes jam packed with a 15.4-Inch LCD screen with WXGA resolution (1280×800), a 2GHz of Intel Celeron 575, an Intel GL40 Express chipset, 2GB of memory (up to 4GB), 160GB of HDD, and DVD Super Multi Drive. The notebook is priced at €800. Meanwhile, the Dynabook Satellite PXW/57GW features a faster Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 CPU running at 2.26GHz. Other features include a 15.4-Inch Super View LCD screen with WXGA resolution (1280×800), 2GB of RAM that is expandable up to 4GB, 160GB of HDD, and a DVD Super Multi Drive.
