Taiwanese company IDTI (Integrated Digital Technologies) has showed off the latest 21.5-inch Full HD touch-screen display during CeBIT 2010. The display has an HDMI/D-Sub input and supports Microsoft Windows 7 OS. The IDTI 21.5-inch Full HD touchscreen display is priced at just $300 a pop. Powered by Android 1.5, the tablet features Wi-Fi, GPS, a microSD reader, Gmail, and web browsing. Its battery provides enough juice for up to 5-hours of operation time in a single charge. The ICD Vega is the company’s new Google Android 2.0-powered touchscreen tablet that is powered by an nVidia Tegra processor. The gadget features a 15.6-inch touchscreen display with a 1366 x 768 pixel resolution, a 512MB of RAM, a microSD card slot, a 1.3-megapixel webcam, WiFi, 3G, and Bluetooth 2.1. TG Sambo today rolled out their brand new dual-touchscreen tablet PC in the form of the Averatec PT 1400. Powered by Windows 7 Home Premium operating system, the tablet PC is currently available in a 14-inch and 7-inch touchscreen display with LED backlit. The Sony VAIO L is also available in a higher-end model that comes equipped with a 2.66GHz Core 2 Quad processor, a 1TB of storage, a Blu-Ray drive, and an integrated ATSC tuner.
