Taiwanese company IDTI (Integrated Digital Technologies) has showed off the latest 21.5-inch Full HD touch-screen display during CeBIT 2010. The display has an HDMI/D-Sub input and supports Microsoft Windows 7 OS. The IDTI 21.5-inch Full HD touchscreen display is priced at just $300 a pop. The ICD Vega is the company’s new Google Android 2.0-powered touchscreen tablet that is powered by an nVidia Tegra processor. The gadget features a 15.6-inch touchscreen display with a 1366 x 768 pixel resolution, a 512MB of RAM, a microSD card slot, a 1.3-megapixel webcam, WiFi, 3G, and Bluetooth 2.1.
