iiyama has released three new LCD screens that come equipped with touchscreen panels. Priced at $678, the 15-inch T1530SR has 1024 x 768 resolution, 16ms response time, 500:1 contrast ratio, and 280 cd/m2 of brightness level. The 17-inch T1730SR and 19-inch T1930SR retail for $719 and $822, respectively. These LCD screens comes with 1280 x 1024 resolution, 800:1 contrast, 5ms response time, and 240cd/m2 brightness.

Here are some pictures of a new in-car DVD player with both touchscreen and bluetooth. It features a 4.3-inch TFT LCD touchscreen display, bluetooth for cellphones, support for DVD, DVD-R, MP3, MP4, DIVIX, VCD, CD, CD-R, and CD-RW playback. To prevent breaking glass, there is a detachable panel with carrying case. This DVD player is now available at Ipmart for $343.

The CEC W100 is believed to be the first watch phone in China. Designed by Qiao Xing Mobile Communication of China, the gadget comes jam packed with a built-in touch screen, Bluetooth connectivity, a 1.3MP camera, 1GB of storage and an FM radio. No pricing or availability information was specifically announced for the United States, but it was mentioned it will be available in stores in mid-September. Stay tuned for more updates.

The Cowon X7 Media Player is rumored to debut at the IFA 2007 Electronics Expo. According to the source, it’s just one prototype of the designs submitted in March, so the final product may not be the same. From the photo, the X7 will make a change from the X5 design. Instead of vertical view with a 4:3 screen. The X7 will have a 7-inch wide screen and touch screen controls like the Q5 Media Player.

Adlink’s NuPPC-0701T is a touchscreen panel PC designed to be embedded into any number of devices. The PC adopts a 7-inch (800 x 480 resolution) touchscreen LCD and a 1GHz Intel Celeron processor, Ethernet, audio in/ out, 512MB of RAM, a total of 3 USB ports, and a CompactFlash slot. No word on pricing or availability so far.

Pictures of Sony Ericsson P3i have been leaking on the web for a few months, but this is probably the best quality available now. The phone looks really sleek, enough to make you ignore your girlfriend for a few seconds. It comes with a sliding keypad and has an iPhone-like touchscreen. How long is this torture gonna last, Sony? Make the darn thing already!!
