Asus A8Sr notebook PC adopts ATI’s Mobility Radeon HD2400, an Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 / T7300 / T7100 processor, 14.1-inch widescreen display, Wi-Fi, and optional Bluetooth 2.0+EDR. The laptop also offers a total of five USB 2.0 ports, FireWire, VGA / DVI / S-Video out, a 56k modem, Ethernet, and a powerful six-cell battery. Pricing info is still a mystery.
JazzMutant has launched their latest product which promises to bring multi touch technology to a wider audience. Known as the Dexter, it is the latest soundboard that keeps the simple shape of the previously released Lemur. Priced at a hefty $3,600, the device is specially made for industry professionals. CrunchGear has reported that the upcoming Apple MacBooks will be featuring iPhone’s multi touch technology. The feature will be built into the touchpads, allowing you to navigate through your notebook’s files, applications, etc. the same way you can on the iPhone. They also reported a week ago that new Apple MacBooks models are expected to come in October with about half the thickness of current models and made from new plastics/materials.
Gionee China has rolled out two new gaming phones for Taiwan market. They are the S20 (white) and the V9 (black). Both handsets come with a Nintendo emulator. For your info, the Gionee S20 slider comes with 2MP camera and plays most of multimedia files. The Gionee V9 provides a 2.2-inch touchscreen display for your gaming, stylus included for you input as it does not have keypad. Both phone come jam packed with 128MB of internal memory, which can be expanded with microSD slot. They also come with a TV-Out connector, so you can connect them to your TV to play games and movies. Kohjinsha Korea rolled out its touchscreen edition of SA Plus series notebook. It has a 7 inch display, and comes with 512MB memory and a 100GB hard drive. Its battery lasts for 4.5 hours under power saving mode and charges to around 80% capacity in just an hour. The laptop is also preloaded with Saydic an electronic dictionary. Other features include Bluetooth, USB port and VGA out. The Kohjinsha notebook is now available in Korea for $965.
The Cowon Q5 portable media player will comes with WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, offering HSDPA/EDGE/GPRS for web browsing over cellular data. The gadget also sports DVR functionality and GPS navigation with more than 11 million points of interest. Other features include a 5 inch touchscreen display, an integrated FM radio/recorder, voice recording, and stereo speakers. The Q5 will be available at the end of Q2 this year. The 40GB and 60GB models will retail for $500 and $550, respectively.

The SNT IOPS In-Dash PC for your car has GPS, runs Windows XP, features a 7-inch touchscreen interface, has HSDPA internet access, Bluetooth, and streams live video from your rear bumper to help those parallel-parking novices. The product is from Korea, and will be unveiled in a couple of days CeBit in Germany. No word on pricing yet.

This home theater set consists of DVD/amplifier shaped like a pyramid, and a set of speakers. The HT752TP is also equipped with Virtual Sound Matrix that simulates 10.1 on 5.1. The Estari DC15 Dual Touchscreen Laptop comes packed with a 1.83GHz Intel dual core processor, 2 GB RAM, 60-100 GB HDD, USB and Wi-Fi support, 2.5 hours battery life, and a 15 inch widescreen monitor… or should i say 2 monitors because the unique feature of the DC15 is that it’s a dual touchscreen laptop shaped like a briefcase, one of the touchscreens is able to function as a keyboard. It’s physically heavy at 5.9kg (~15 lbs), but that’s not as heavy as the price tag: $4350.
