Designed by Woo-Ram Lee, Moville is a compact single passenger vehicle that comes in a tear drop shaped. The concept car features artificial intelligence and zero-emission drive train. It uses electromagnets to rotate the ball wheels. Its artificial intelligence allows the car to connect with other vehicles and road network, so the vehicle can judge where it is located on the road and where other vehicles are. There are two variants, the Base and the Premium. The Base model comes with 20-inch alloy wheels, xenon headlights, Brembo brakes, a rear spoiler, an electronically adjustable suspension, leather upholstery, power front seats, aluminum-trimmed pedals, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, Bluetooth, keyless entry/start, automatic climate control, a six-speaker sound system, XM Satellite Radio, a multifunction driver-configurable information monitor, an in-dash Compact Flash card reader and a navigation system with a 30-gigabyte hard drive which can also be used for audio storage.
Meanwhile, the Premium version adds higher-performance tires, an 11-speaker Bose audio system with two subwoofers, heated front seats, front passenger side airbags and full-length side curtain airbags. Student Seyyed Javad Ghaffarian has created the Magic Tricycle concept for Car Design News’ 2008 design contest. The bike is able to toggle between two and three wheels with only a push of a button. [DVICE]

The Shelby Supercar Ultimate Aero electric car boasts the top speed of 220 mph and at least 500-HP. The car will be available for a limited quantity (only 50 units). The Ultimate Aero EV prototype will be ready by February and the company plans to release four production models by December this year. The Shelby Supercar describes it as a “pollution-free, engineering marvel with an exotic supercar exterior.” [Wired]

BMW today released its new X6 Sports Activity Coupe in Korea. The car offers the safety and convenience of a command driving position with the on-road performance of a sports car, all wrapped in the svelte lines of a coupe. Priced at 93,900,000(KRW, VAT included), the BMW X6 is powered by a single-turbocharged six-cylinder diesel engine that produces 235hp at 4,000rpm. [AVING]
