Turbo has recently showed off their latest mobile internet device ‘T5′ for the Chinese market. Powered by a 667MHz Samsung processor, the device sports a 5-inch 800 x 480 resistive touchscreen display, a 128MB RAM, a 256MB ROM, a microSD card slot (up to 16GB), built-in GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, a 1500mAh battery and runs on Windows Mobile 6.5 OS.
