
Still remember the Viliv N5 UMPC that we posted in December last year? The Korean electronics manufacturer has decided to release this gadget next month or so. Priced at around $500 a pop, the Viliv N5 UMPC is powered by a 1.33GHz Intel Atom Z520 processor, Microsoft Windows 7 Starter OS, a QWERTY keyboard, a 4.8-inch (1024 x 600 pixel) display, a 32GB SSD, a 1GB DDR2 RAM, GPS, a 1.3-megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, HSPA/TD-SCDMA/EVDO/WiMAX connectivity, an optical joystick mouse and a microSDHC card slot. Viliv has decided to delay the release date of the highly anticipated Viliv S10 Blade. The gadget will be launched on April 27th, 2010. For your info, The Viliv S10 Blade can be used either in either tablet or netbook mode. The Windows 7 Home Premium-powered convertible netbook features a 10.1-inch multitouch display at 1,366 x 768 resolution, a 512MB RAM, an Intel Atom processors (a 1.6 GHz Z530 or a 2.0 GHz Z550), a Solid State Drive, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.0 +EDR connectivity. No word on the exact cause of the schedule change beyond that the S10 Blade has been “delayed by the factory”, according to an email sent to a pre-order customer. [Gabbur]

The Viliv X70EX navigation system will be available in the US market. Available in 16GB or 32GB SSD model, the gadget comes with a host of connectivity options including WLAN 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, GPS and WWAN 3G HSPA. The device also supports a SiRFStar III GPS receiver, an SDHC memory card slot, a USB port, and a battery that provides enough juice for up to 5.5-hours of operation time. Viliv rolls out their new X70 Communication MID, it is powered by an Intel Atom Silverthorne Z520 1.33GHz processor with the SCH US15W chipset. The X70 features a 7-inch Touchscreen display that gives a 1024×600 pixel resolution, WiFi and Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, HSDPA Support, integrated support for WiMAX, 8GB/16GB SSD, 30GB/60GB hard drive and up to 1GB of RAM. The X70 also has SD/SDHC card slot for expanding your memory, integrated stereo speakers and microphone. The device can run either Windows XP or Linux OS. Viliv has designed the new X5 AIO portable media player by YuKyung Technologies for the Korean market.The device features wireless internet using an exclusive browser, video player for various formats, Flash Lite 3.0, T-DMB, mp3 player, video playback, navigation function, and T-DMB. The AIO runs on an Alchemy Au1250 processor and has a 4.8-inch WVGA LCD touch screen and jog wheel. The Viliv X5 AIO PMP will be available in 30GB and 60GB capacities with 6 hours of playback time. Viliv has announced the release and price of the X7 GPS navigation with DMB from Korea. We showed you this GPS system, which features a DMB receiver enabling you to watch digitally broadcast channels in addition GPS navigation with 3D graphics, 7-inch screen with 800×480 resolution, supported touch screen operation, 4GB of storage space, standard DVD/DivX port, karaoke capability, multimedia player, and support for a rear view camera. $540.

Ignore the name, the Yukyung viliv X7 comes off as more than tasty with its 800×480 wide-viewing angle and touchscreen display. It comes with a GPS antenna, up to 8GB capacity with an SDHC card. It runs off an AU1250 600MHz CPU, supports TPEG/DMB service and a multi-tasking function. It comes with a handy DVD/Divx port, karaoke (hey, it’s Korean), image/text viewer and rear camera.
