The Tandberg E20 VOIP Business Phone provides a 5MP shooter that is positioned at eye-level view and a 10.6-inch display screen for a better visual experience on both sides of the call. The phone also has a 20kHz speaker phone, 10kHz handset, IP-related telephony functions and the ability to receive multimedia presentations. You can expect to see this gadget early next year. Amex Digital comes back with a new USB VoIP handset dubbed as the IT-N501 Lite. The phone connects to your PC via USB 2.0. and features a hands-free option, an LCD display, echo cancellation, noise reduction and full duplex communication function. Samsung presented the SMT-W6100 Wireless IP phone during the SEK 2007. The device sports 802.11b/g WLAN and SIP (Session Initiation Protocol). It also features a 1.5 inch LCD color LCD screen and has 40 chord polyphonic ringtones. Pricing and availability is still unknown.

As we promised over the weekend here’s the promising details of “the iPhone”. It turns out Apple doesn’t have anything to do with it. It’s a VoIP phone from Linksys (now division of Cisco) which they are cutely branding “the iPhone”.
You can expect to see this $180 iPhone Dual-Mode Internet Telephony Kit for Skype CIT400 soon. And from what we can tell, it’s merely an advanced Skype handset. Linksys also announced the $200 iPhone Wireless-G Phone for Skype WIP320 (picture after the jump), which is a SIP VoIP phone. Nice try Linksys, but thanks – we are going to wait for the real thing.
