The Wacom Bamboo Connect is an entry-level model that features 1,024 pressure levels, a 5.8-inch x 3.6-inch active area and a 2540 lpi resolution for pinpoint accuracy. The device comes bundled with a full version of Autodesk Sketchbook Express. The Wacom Capture is perfect for photo editing using Adobe Photoshop Elements. This model offers multitouch input, so you can edit photos with your finger gestures. CG Everything has unveiled several new pictures of the upcoming Wacom Cintiq 24HD. The gadget comes jam packed with a 24-inch HD display with a native resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and a 16:10 of aspect ratio. Sanwa Japan has unveiled an affordable multipurpose tablet in the Japanese market. Dubbed as the TBL-01UBK, this input device is compatible with the Microsoft Windows 7 OS and provides 1024 different type of brushes. The Sanwa TBL-01UBK can also be used with most of Adobe creation tools as well as an additional mouse. Folks in Japan are able to purchase the Sanwa TBL-01UBK for 7,300 Yen or around $88. Wacom has quietly released its new DTU-2231 and DTU-1631 interactive pen displays. The 21.5-inch DTU-2231 display provides a resolution of 1920 x 1080, while the 15.6-inch 1631 has a resolution of 1366 x 768. Both gadgets feature 512 levels of pressure sensitivity, an internal scaler for viewing at the native resolution regardless of the incoming signal resolution, two USB ports, anti-glare surface, and incline adjustment up to 72 degrees. The Wacom DTU-2231 and DTU-1631 are also ideal for presentation thanks to a DVI-I pass-thru connection that allows users to connect these gadgets to a projector or a VGA-compatible monitor. Wacom has officially launched their new Intuos4 graphics tablet range on the company’s European website. The new tablet is available in 4 different sizes including small size 6.2 x 3.9 inches, medium size 8.8 x 5.5 inches, large size 12.8 x 8 inches and extra-large size 19.2 x 12 inches, each with 5,080 lpi resolution and 2,048 pressure levels.
