Sanyo Xacti E1 camcorder is said to be the first waterproof camcorder in the world. Unfortunately, it has a maximum depth level of a mere 5 feet, and that also for just 30 minutes. The camcorder also does not support High Definition recording, writing H.264 MPEG 4 video onto an SD or SDHC memory card directly. The Xacti E1 waterproof camcorder will be available this June. The new Freestyle Audio Digital Music Player can be submerged up to 10 feet. This gadget can even float in water! Weighing at just 1.3 ounces, the DAP features a built-in flash capacity of up to 1GB. Its battery provides up to 40 hours of playback time per charge. Sadly, the Freestyle Audio Digital Music Player has no LCD screen.

Sanyo showed off its waterproof TV at CeBIT in Hanover, Germany. This 42 Inch weatherproof TV is probably the biggest HD-ready waterproof TV in the world. Dubbed as the Sanyo 42LM4WPR-E, it comes with a 1,366 x 768 resolution, a brightness level of 500 cd/m², and a contrast ratio of 800 to 1. Pricing and availability details are still unknown.

This semi-rugged laptop is powered by Windows Vista Business and features a 1.06GHz Core Duo U2400 processor, four USB 2.0 ports, VGA port, LAN connection, and a long eight hours of battery life. It is available in six different colors; white, black, silver, purple, red, and blue. Sadly, its price tag has not been announced yet.

Dell has announced the Latitude ATG D620 (All-Terrain Grade) which meets the military standards for vibration, humidity and altitude. It is designed to protect against accidental bumps, and moisture.
This semi-rugged laptop is designed to withstand challenging conditions commonly associated with military environments, and construction sites. It provides high durability paint, a water-resistant keyboard, a shock-mounted hard drive, and port covers.
Dell Latitude ATG D620 has a 14.1-inch widescreen display with ambient light sensor (ALS), glass overlay, and anti-reflective coating. In addition, the company also claims that the laptop’s display is 1½ times brighter than most mainstream corporate notebooks for better viewing in sunlight. It is now available in the US with price tag of $2,499.

Available in white, black, and red, the player supports MP3 and WMA files with 4mW×2ch out put with a playback frequency of 20Hz – 20 kHz and Signal-noise ratio 95dB. It also provides a 512Mbyte of storage capacity, and large size control buttons. Now you can enjoy your favorite music during your bath, skiing, etc. Thanks to the sleek design, it’s easier to hold, plus it only requires a single alkaline battery. The MP512MWP is currently on sale in Japan for around $25.

Pentax has launched the Pentax DCF ED line of premium binoculars. So what makes these binoculars special? Well, they are equipped with an extra-low dispersion (ED) glass, includes super reflective, phase-coated prisms, impact resistance, plus water-proof. The Pentax DCF HRc models will be available under $300 in 8×42 and 10×42 sizes, while the Pentax DCF ED series will be available under $900 in 8×32, 8×43, 10×43 and 10×50 sizes.
