
Digiframes seem to be improving more and more these days. With that said, Shogo is the first digiframe ever to feature both a touchscreen and wi-fi. Additional features include: 1GB of internal storage, a 800 x 600 resolution panel, a multicard reader and a built-in rechargeable battery, adding photos to online sites like Flickr, as well as connect to internet radio stations and browse through RSS feeds. No word on pricing or availability yet, but it is said to release soon.

Simply put, it’s a watch that also functions as a wireless wi-fi detector. All you do is press the marked face button on the Wi-Fi Detecting Watch and it’ll tell you the signal strength on a scale from 0 to 8. With that said, it also features world time clock, alarm and calendar functionality, and a bright EL backlight. Keep your eyes peeled for the watch going for about $30.

Finally a phone that is just like those futuristic video phones we’ve seen in movies as well as on TV. The Creative WiFi VideoPhone allows you to have conversations as well as virtual reality video conversations. The usual specs apply such as: WiFi b/g, Integrated webcam, 7-inch display, H.264 video, VOIP, Audio and video out, and Contact list, as well as Calls list. No info on pricing or availability, but it should be relatively soon.

Skype is always a hassle because it gets disconnected more often than not and you usually have to stay close to your computer if you wanna talk to your friends. The Infinity miPC ain’t half bad. It’s a UMPC without a keyboard but doesn’t lack much else. It not only plays music and video but also records it, has a built-in FM tuner, supports DivX and XviD, and functions as a GPS system when its docked. If you need to get work done on the go, the miPC offers a mobile Microsoft Office, it can handle VoIP, Email, browsing and IM. It comes with Tele Atlas navigation software, which includes maps of the US and Canada with text-to-voice directions. It features a 4.3 inch touchscreen, SD slot, 30GB HDD, 128MB of RAM and connectivity via USB 2.0, Bluetooth 2.0 and 802.11b/g Wi-Fi. Linksys today introduced the Linksys WRT600N router, which is the company’s first dual-band Wi-Fi devices that can handle 802.11a/b/g/n devices via a standard 2.4GHz frequency while operating a 5GHz transmitter that works on 802.11n devices. The router offers some connectivity options including a USB 2.0 port for those who are interested in hooking up a NAS device, and four gigabit Ethernet ports. Shuttle is now offering new XPC Barebone SN68PTG6, which is the first model in the company’s G6 line that features AMD Athlon 64 X2, Athlon 64, and Sempron processor support, an NVIDIA GeForce 7050PV graphics chipset, a PCI and PCI-E X16 slot, up to 4GB of RAM, 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.0, USB Speed-Link, and a built-in fingerprint scanner. Other features include USB, Gigabit LAN, Firewire, and eSATA. The system sports eight-channel HD audio with DTS support and an HDMI output (in addition to the standard D-SUB jack). Additionally, the firm also offers a stripped down version of the system called the SN68PTG5, which features a 250-Watt power supply, and without WLAN, Bluetooth, Speed-Link, and fingerprint scanner. Both Shuttle XPC Barebones will be available in the coming weeks. The recommended retail price is $427 for the SN68PTG6 Deluxe, and $324 for the SN68PTG5 (without VAT).
