Zoo Digital has confirmed that Showtime Boxing will be available for the Nintendo Wii. The game will feature the motion controlled capabilities of the system to bring players closer to the action in the ring. Features include your choice of 14 boxers (seven heavyweights, seven lightweights) and six title series. In this game, you will be able to customize your character by changing things like their hair, boots, and gloves. Each fighter also has a special three punch combo, and you can enjoy fun multiplayer action with Wii Hotseat. The game will also offer four different stadiums, New York, Chicago, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles. You can unlock more boxers, arenas, clothing and gloves by winning matches and claiming titles. The game is scheduled to go on sale on December 7, 2007.
British Telecom (BT) develops a BT Balance System technology, which eliminates the need for a mouse or keyboard on notebooks when performing some tasks. The Balance System utilizes a motion sensitive chip and a special software that enables users to turn pages of electronic books and documents with a simple flip of the monitor. This technology is similar to the motion-sensing used in the Nintendo Wii. In the future, the BT Balance system will help people with disabilities or the elderly, for whom using a keyboard or mouse can be difficult.

Nintendo has just unveiled their 2nd Quarter line-up, although the Gameboy Advance only has one upcoming title, the Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS will be receiving new games like Mario Party 8 for the Nintendo Wii and a new Nintendo DS Browser.
