Gigabyte is back with its latest product in the form of the S1081 Windows 7 tablet. Designed for business users, the gadget provides a 10.1-inch multitouch display with an Intel Atom Cedar Trail platform, a 1.3-megapixel webcam and an optical trackpad. The Gigabyte S1081 also supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 3.0, HDMI and VGA. It is available in a 500GB hard drive model or an SSD model. Toshiba Dynabook Windows 7 Tablet To Be Released In Japan

Toshiba will launch the Dynabook WT301/D Windows 7-based tablet in the Japanese market. Designed for enterprise users, the gadget comes jam packed with a large 10.1-inch (1366 x 768) touchscreen display, an Intel Atom processor, a 2GB of RAM, a front-facing VGA camera, a 1.3-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 64GB Solid State Drive (SSD). NEC today introduced the LaVie Touch Windows 7 tablet in Japan. Measuring 263mm x 183mm x 15.8mm and weighing 729 grams, the gadget comes equipped with three hardware add-ons out of the box including a DVD-drive, a wireless mouse, and a wireless keyboard. The NEC LaVie Touch features a 10.1-inch IPS LCD panel with a 1,280×800 resolution with the ExTouch UI, a 1.50GHz Intel Atom Z670 processor, an Intel SM35 Express chipset, a 2GB of RAM, and a 64GB SSD. Additional specs include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, a 1.3MP digital camera, HDMI, and an SDHC card slot for storage expansion. Its battery provides up to 10.6-hour of battery life. ViewSonic ViewPad 10Pro Tablet Now Available Stateside

ViewSonic has decided to release the ViewPad 10Pro in the US market. The 10-inch tablet comes jam packed with an Intel Atom Oak Trail processor, both Windows and Android operating systems, a 1.5GHz Intel Atom Z670 processor, a 1024 x 600 pixel capacitive multitouch display, a 2GB of memory, and up to 32GB of storage space. The gadget can play 1080p HD video via an HDMI output. Additionally, the ViewSonic ViewPad 10Pro also features WiFi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth. Its battery provides up to 8-hour of operation time. EKing T9 - The Worlds Thinnest Tablet

Shenzhen Guangxuntong Communication Technology has proudly introduced the EKing T9, which is claimed to be “the world’s thinnest touchscreen tablet.” The EKing T9 comes jam packed with a 9.7-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen display, an Intel Z670 processor clocked at 1.5GHz, rear- and front-facing cameras, as well as a 2GB of RAM. Frontier Releases Two New 10.1 Tablets

Frontier today introduced two new slate tablets, the Android 2.2 FT102-6 and Windows 7 FT102-32. Both gadgets feature a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N455 CPU, a removable QWERTY Bluetooth keyboard and a 10.1-inch (1024×600) display. The Android tablet has a 1GB of RAM and a 16GB of SSD, while the Windows 7 tablet provides a 2GB of RAM and a 32GB of SSD. The Frontier FT102-6 and FT102-32 will be available later this month for 39,800 Yen($503) and 59,800 Yen($756), respectively. Read more

Dell is ready to launch a new slate tablet based on the Microsoft Windows 7 OS. Known as the Dell Peju, the gadget features a fast Intel Core i5 processor, a 4GB DDR3 RAM, a 120GB hard disk drive or a 64GB SSD, and a 10-inch (1920×1080) Gorilla Glass panel.
