Some dudes have studied the hologram section of the DVD and they found something. Deep inside the hologram you can find a hidden photo of three guys. Check out more pics after the jump!
The photo displays members of the team who worked on the Windows Vista DVD hologram design. Microsoft’s Anti-Piracy Team designed a counterfeit-resistant digital “watermark” for the non-encoded surface of Windows Vista DVDs. The photo in question is only one of multiple images contained in the hologram design, all of whose inclusion serves to make it more difficult to replicate a Windows Vista DVD. The other images are of old master works of art that are in the public domain. These images are part of numerous other security measures that have been designed into our media, packaging and certificates of authenticity. Hence, even though this image has been reproduced on the Web, there are many other features providing further security.

Sony VAIO CR 14.1-inch entertainment notebook series features Intel “Santa Rosa” mobile platform and “eye-popping colors and a chic design”. The laptop comes equipped with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, the Intel GM965 chipset with integrated Graphics Media Accelerator X3100, 14.1 inch widescreen display with 1280-by-800 pixel resolution, supports up to 4GB of RAM, and comes with up to 200GB hard drive. It also has a built-in DVD burner. Each Sony VAIO CR has three USB ports, ExpressCard slot, Memory Stick Duo card reader, Secure Digital slot, VGA and S-Video outputs, and Firewire port. The 5.5 pound CR features “a luxurious” glossy finish and is framed with a silver, luminous trim. Available in five colors: sangria, cosmopolitan, dove, indigo and black (matte finish), the CR notebooks will be available at the end of June starting at about $1,350.

Dell will release the company’s Tablet PC, which will be a part of Latitude mobile computers lineup. Dubbed as the Latitude XT, the tablet is designed for educational, health care and corporate marketplace. It is “one of the lightest convertible tablets”, and features the “pen and touch” interface. Dell’s convertible laptop is expected to be available later this year and will ship with Windows Vista operating system.

Toshiba has released the Satellite A200 Onyx Blue 15.4-inch CSV widescreen laptop in Korea market. The laptop supports Windows Vista Home Premium, and Intel Core2Duo processor. The Satellite A200 also offers an attractive onyx blue metallic case, SRS WOW 3D sound audio and 1.3MP webcam. Pricing info is still unknown.

Mebius PC-WT70T is a brand new laptop from the Sharp group. The laptop utilitizes a 1.6 GHz CPU processor, a 15.4 inches display, and 1GB of RAM. Windows Vista Home Premium and Microsoft Office 2007 will be pre-installed with this product. In addition, it has a SATA microprocessor of a capacity of 100 GB. The Mebius PC-WT70T is also equipped with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g and an integrated DVI. No word on pricing or availability.

Logitech’s Cordless Desktop Wave is a Windows Vista friendly keyboard. The wireless device has a few dedicated keys that correspond to the Vista programs. The features include access to Vista Gadgets, media playback controls, Photo Gallery, Windows Media Player, Media Center and Flip3D. The mouse can also activate Flip3D by simply clicking the scroll wheel. FYI, the Wave keyboard is not officially announced by Logitech but leaked by the FCC. The pricing may be at around $100. ELSA Japan released a 1Seg digital TV tuner on SD (SDIO) for PC. Measuring 55mm x 33.5mm x 8mm and weighing only 5grams, the device is compatible with both Windows XP and Vista. In addition, the company is also working on a version for Windows Mobile for this summer. No word on pricing and availability yet. One more pic after the jump!
