
TRENDnet has released its latest Mini Wireless N Speed USB Adapter, the TEW-649UB, in the US market. Dubbed as the smallest Wireless N USB adapter in the world, the device uses advanced wireless encryption to protect users data and Wi-Fi Multimedia Quality of Service, which prioritizes video, audio and gaming traffic data. Brando has recently released the Wireless Encryption Mouse that can secure sensitive data on your laptop. The mouse features the “Folder Encryption” function, where folders can be encrypted on your PC, and can only be accessed when the mouse and wireless receiver is plugged into your PC. Available in green, red, yellow and silver, the Wireless Encryption Mouse works on 2.4GHz wireless frequency and features a 1600dpi resolution. The mouse measures 102mm x 65mm x 35mm. D-Link has finally released its Xtreme N DIR-685 all-in-one router that was debuted at 2009 CES in January. The router features a built-in draft N Wi-Fi module allowing the device to communicate with network attached storage devices to display streaming videos and pictures, weather forecasts and other live streaming Internet contents. The D-Link Xtreme N DIR-685 also supports an optional 1TB 2.5-inch SATA drive that can be inserted into the side of the DIR-685. There is also a built-in FTP server that gives users access to documents, photos, music and other local or networked content. Additional features include two USB ports, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, Energy Star specifications for savings of up to 30 percent, and a Wi-Fi Scheduler can turn off the Wi-Fi radio automatically at a specified time. NetGear comes back with their latest product in the form of the Rangemax Wireless-N Gigabit router (model number: WNR3500L). The router supports full 802.11n speeds with four Gigabit Ethernet ports to provide a high speed wired connection. The Rangemax Wireless-N uses the powerful Broadcom 480MHz MIPS 74K CPU with an 8MB of Flash and a 64MB of RAM allowing the router to use open source Linux as its operating system. KEF today introduced its HTB2SE-W high-end subwoofer which is actually a wireless version of the existing HTB2. The HTB2SE-W’s wireless capabilities are made possible via KEF’s Universal Wireless Kit, which uses a standard 2.4Ghz RF system. The sub uses a 10-inch driver powered by a 250 watt digital amplifier and a 10-inch passive radiator packed into a slim enclosure that can be used horizontally or vertically. This wireless modem provides unlimited wireless internet service within Cricket Broadband coverage areas using its tri-band CDMA connectivity. Seagate has rolled out a new HD media player, which is designed to be used with Seagate FreeAgent Go portable hard drives. Known as the Seagate FreeAgent Theater+ HD, the device can be connected to your HDTV via HDMI port.
