Substrata has recently unveiled its new upcoming wooden cases for the Apple iPad. The Sliding Lid case provides full access to the screen and all buttons and ports, microsuede lining, and magnetic latches. Meanwhile, the Hinged Lid iPad Box is flip-style case offering a vertically-opening lid that can double as a stand, microsuede lining, a magnetic lid closure, and sliding catch. Fuubi has released the canal-type earphone that was made of natural wood material used in furniture and crafts to reduce the ambient noise and sound leakage. A Japanese company called Evergreen has started to sell their latest wooden speakers with a built-in digital alarm clock. Available in two versions, the DN-WSP1802 is the double speaker model, while the DN-WSP1406 is one unit only. Both models will feature a 3.5mm jack.
