Yamaha has introduced the new MCR-332 Hi-Fi system that provides an iPod/iPhone docking station. Yamaha has finally released the RX-V771 network AV receiver in Japan. Yamaha has decided to release the RX-V571 and RX-V471 entry-level AV amps in Japan. The Yamaha RX-V571 is a highly anticipated 7.1-channel AV receiver with HD audio decoding, 1080p-compatible HDMI (6 inputs including one on front panel/1 output) with 3D and Audio Return Channel. The Yamaha RX-V471 is a versatile 5.1-channel AV receiver with HD audio decoding, 1080p-compatible HDMI with 3D and Audio Return Channel (4 in/1 out). Both models also feature a new on-screen GUI, a front panel USB input, iPod/iPhone and Bluetooth compatibility, Cinema DSP 3D, YPAO and SCENE buttons. Yamaha has rolled out the NPS2000 network player in Japan. The NPS2000 will play music files stored on your home computer network from a NAS drive, or home PC/ Mac via your network into your home HiFi system with the very highest level of sound quality. The Yamaha NPS2000 has no hard drive or CD drive, which eliminates all sources of electrical noise. The back panel of this network player also features extensive connectivity including balanced audio outputs on XLR connectors, making sure the Yamaha NPS2000 matches high end pre-amplifiers and integrated amplifiers. Yamaha will launch the new VSP-1 Voice Masking System in Japan. It is actually a small speaker-like device that will mask your conversation in public areas. Sound masking is the addition of natural or artificial sound into an environment to cover-up unwanted sound by using auditory masking. This is in contrast to the technique of active noise control. The Yamaha VSP-1 is available in 8 different sounds to cover your conversation. What’s more, the gadget can be also arranged in different configuration and either mounted alone or in-group.
