Taiwan-based Team Group has announced a new series of solid state drives, the P2 IDE. Coming in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB capacities, these 2.5-inch drives feature an IDE interface, MLC NAND flash memory chips, a MTBF of 2 million hours and provide read/write speeds of up to 80/50 MB/s for the 32GB model or 60/40 MB/s for both 64GB and 128GB models.
