Priced at a hefty $400, EDGE Tech Corp’s DiskGO sports data transfer rate of up to 480Mb/s. The USB flash drive comes bundled with a free preview of CryptArchiver encryption software, which ciphers up to 25MB of data at 128-bit AES encryption. A full version of this software enables users to encrypt up to 20GB of data stored in the flash drive.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is the eighth installment in the Call of Duty video game series. The game was announced on April 25, 2007, and will be released on November 5, 2007 in North America and four days later on November 9, 2007 in Europe.

GameTrailers provides us with the Assassin’s Creed’s new trailer. The game is being developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. According to rumor, Assassin’s Creed will be released worldwide in November 9, 2007. In addition, Ubisoft also has announced that the PC version of the game has been delayed till early 2008. Asus offers the one year Notebook Accidental Damage Warranty (ADW) Program free of charge for US and Canadian users. The warranty covers accidental damages including drops, spills, fire, or electrical surges and is limited to ASUS-branded models. The offer is valid for laptop purchases on or after September 10th, 2007.

Hacha released it’s two new PMPs and you can pre-order them at their fan website. The PA20 portable media player features 3.2-inch touchscreen, with 4GB of memory and supports MP3, AVI, XviD, WMA, WAV, APE, FLAC file formats. The player also has a microSD expansion slot for an additional 4GB of storage. The PC20 portable media player has a smaller 3 inch touchscreen display. The Hacha PA20 retails for $175, while the PC20 costs $170. Both gadgets should be out by September 22nd or even earlier.

Toshiba has recently announced two new 1.8-inch hard drives. Both of them are designed for media players and UMPCs. The MK1626GCB offers 160GB storage capacity and runs on the new Consumer Electronics ATA (CE-ATA) interface. According to the company, its power consumption is only 33% of their 100GB drive. The hard drive features two 80GB platters (0.3 inches thick), 3,600 rpm speed, 52mbps transfer rate and 15ms seek time. Toshiba also unveiled the MK8022GAA, which is a 80GB 3600rpm drive with Parallel ATA interface and 66mbps transfer rate.
