
Jensen has rolled out the JiPS-250i iPad dock that supports a rotating dock, allowing you to adjust the display positioning for portrait or landscape viewing. The gadget comes equipped with a built-in speaker and a video line-out connection, which can be used to attach a separate display. Jensen also provides a free companion app that features an alarm clock, a voice recorder, a calendar, an equalizer, a music player, a photo album, and a social networking integration. The iHome iA100 will be available for just $199 a pop. Apple has started selling the new 12-core Mac Pros via the Apple’s online store. The 12-core Mac Pro supports a couple of 2.66GHz 6-core Intel Xeon processors, up to 6GB of RAM, a 18x SuperDrive, an ATI Radeon HD 5770 with a 1GB GDDR5 memory and a 1TB hard disk drive. Apple has updated its Mac Pro series with up to 12 cores and up to 50 percent more performance than the previous models. The new Mac Pro desktops feature the latest quad-core and 6-core Intel Xeon processors, all-new ATI graphics and the option for up to four 512GB solid state drives (SSD). The processors run at speeds up to 3.33GHz and use a single die design so they can share up to 12MB L3 cache. It comes equipped with an ATI Radeon HD 5770 graphics processor with a 1GB of memory and you can configure-to-order the even faster ATI Radeon HD 5870 with a 1GB of memory. What’s more, the new Mac Pro also provides two Mini DisplayPorts and one dual-link DVI port. The additional Mini DisplayPort output allows you to connect two LED Cinema Displays without an additional graphics card or adapter and the dual-link DVI port supports legacy DVI-based displays up to a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. Apple has announced the availability of the brand new 27-inch LED Cinema Display that boasts an impressive 2560 x 1440 resolution. The latest model features an iSight camera, speakers, a 16:9 aspect ratio, a MagSafe charger and a trio of USB 2.0 hubs. There is an ambient light sensor that automatically adjusts the screen’s brightness based on the lighting conditions. You can connect your LED Cinema Display to any of the current lineup of Mac notebooks and desktop computers such as MacBook, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac, Mac mini, and Mac Pro. The new LED Cinema Display will be available in September 2010 for a price of $999. Apple has rolled out the new iMacs that features the latest Intel Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 processors and new graphics cards. The 21.5-inch model retails for $1,199, while the 27-inch version is priced at $1,699. Both models boast more powerful graphics, up to 16GB of DDR3 RAM, an SDXC card slot, and a choice of ATI Radeon graphics cards. Other hardware specifications include a 256GB solid state drive as a primary or secondary drive, a LED-backlit display, and Mac OS X Snow Leopard as the operating system.
