
The Samsung HT-BD3252 is the company’s latest Blu-ray home theater system that offers a total output power of 1000 watts. This 5.1-channel system comes with rear wireless speakers and supports all the latest high definition audio and video codecs including Dolby Digital, Dolby Pro-Logic II, Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby Digital TrueHD as well as DTS-HD Master Audio. It seems that Toshiba is trying to be the leader in the HDD and DVD recorder market in Japan by releasing the 1TB Regza RD-E1004K and the 320GB Regza RD-304K. Both HDD and DVD recorders are able to record HD video in Blu-ray format or in a standard format (MPEG-4 AVC/H.264). The 1TB RD-E1004K retails for 65,000 Yen ($677).
