Panasonic Unveils Lumix DMC- FX66 Digicam

Panasonic today introduced the new Lumix DMC-FX66 point-and-shoot camera that features a 14-megapixel 1/2.33-inch Type CCD sensor with the Intelligent Resolution technology and the Power O.I.S. image stabilization. Measuring 97mm x 54mm x 22 mm and weighing 145grams (with battery), the compact camera also uses an ultra wide angle LEICA DC VARIO-ELMARIT 25mm-125mm lens with a 5x optical zoom, the new Venus Engine VI processor with Intelligent Resolution, a 2.7-inch LCD screen, an ISO sensitivity from 80 to 6400, a 40MB of internal memory, and different scene mode. In addition to the conventional SD/SDHC Memory Card, the DMC-FX66 accepts the next-generation SD format SDXC (SD eXtended Capacity), that features high potential in both capacity and data transfer speed. Pentax Optio I-10

Pentax has officially released their latest retro point-and-shoot camera, the Optio I-10. Priced at 26,000 Yen ($289), the camera comes equipped with a gyro-based image stabilizer, a 12.1MP CCD sensor, up to 6400 ISO sensitivity, a 5x optical zoom, a 2.7-inch LCD screen, Face Detection and a 26.7MB built-in Memory (expandable with SD/SDHC memory Cards). This camera also supports HD video recording in 1280×720 pixel resolution. Casio has proudly introduced their latest innovative GPS-enabled compact digital camera concept at CES 2010. The Casio EX-10HG features a built-in GPS sensor for geo-tagging your photos. If the camera’s user go out-of-range from a global positioning satellite, the Casio EX-10HG will continue to track and geo-locate the user’s position using built-in three-axis accelerometers. The camera also features a wide-angle 24mm 10X optical zoom lens and a 3.0-inch Super Clear LCD screen with a high resolution of approximately 460,000 pixels. Stussy x Ricoh GRDIII 30th Anniversary Digital Camera

Stussy has collaborated with Ricoh to release the Stussy-branded digital camera in order to celebrate Stussy’s 30th birthday. Based on the Ricoh GR DIGITAL III, this camera provides a 10MP 1/1.7-inch CCD sensor, a 28 mm/F1.9 “GR” lens, a 4x digital zoom, ISO sensitivity between 64 and 1,600, a 3-inch LCD display and SD/SDHC/ USB ports. Ricoh has replaced the original fonts on the camera with Stussy style fonts and added royal blue as a new color on several buttons and the cap. After releasing the Casio Exilim EX-FC150, Casio has also released a new Casio Exilim EX-FH25 superzoom camera that has a 20x optical zoom. The camera features a 10-megapixel CMOS sensor with a 3-inch LCD screen and an ISO range of 100-3200. The Exilim EX-FH25 is able to shoot at 40 frames per second in burst mode at a resolution of 3456 x 2,592 or at a 1000 frames per second in burst mode at a resolution of 224 x168.
