Dubbed as the Yellow Bulldozer PC, it comes with some old parts including an Asus P3B-F motherboard, an Intel PIII 700MHz CPU, 512MB RAM and a 500GB Seagate hard drive. Retro Ingraham Case Mod

by Johan on December 3, 2008 · 1 comment

Retro Ingraham Case Mod

Jeffrey Stephenson has designed another cool case mod in the form of the Ingraham case mod. The retro looking case is his tribute to the Ingraham Cabinet Co. who designed and built many of my favorite wooden radio cabinets in the 30’s and 40’s. The Ingraham case mod comes with a walnut-clad with a hand-built basswood frame layered atop a mid-grade mini-ITX SilverStone case. Other features include a FireWire 400 port, a VIA VB8001 motherboard, a 1.6GHz processor, 4GB RAM and a 64GB SSD for storage purposes. No word on pricing at this time. But, I am sure it won’t cheap! ASUS VENTO TA-F Foldable PC Casing

by Jeremiah on November 2, 2008 · 0 comments

I don’t know why you would want to fold your computer case, other than when you bring it home empty from the store.  But if the thought of “foldable computer casing” really excites you then check these VENTO TA-F11 (black) and TA-F21 (silver) casings from ASUS.  You may also appreciate the “no-tools-necessary” fact line and the generous number of drive bays they come with.  Now if only you could fold these babies with all those expensive insides in them!  ;-)   [Engadget]
