
Thermaltake and BMW have introduced the Level 10 PC case at 2009 CeBIT exhibition. This futuristic-looking PC case is targeted especially at gamers. The case features an eye-catching design. PC modder Zbysek has creatively built his Project MiniCooker PC, complete with blue LED “gas burners” that looks real. He built the entire system by hand, including welding together the metal chassis, creating custom plastic knobs, and fake burners out of acrylic. The Minicooker PC Oven Casemod features an Intel Pentium D820 3.5GHz CPU with the MSI 975X Platinum, a 2GB DDR2 Kingston 800MHz, and an nVidia EVGA 9600GT graphics card, a WD Caviar 80GB hard drive, and the Tagan Easycon 580W PSU. Corsair today rolled out the Obsidian Series 800D chassis at Computex. The 800D is a full tower chassis made form steel and coated with a matte black finish inside and out. The faceplate of the chassis is brushed aluminum and the case supports up to five 5.25-inch drives and six 3.5-inch drives total. The case is also large enough to support ATX, Extended ATX, or micro ATX mainboard. It comes with a cable management system to decrease cable clutter and allow for improved airflow. The entire chassis uses a tool-free design including the 5.25-inch drive bays. The Corsair Obsidian Series 800D chassis will be released in early July at an MSRP of $299. [SlashGear]

Overclockers will be glad to know that Cooler Master has come up with the latest model in the HAF (High Airflow Flow) line, known as the HAF 922. This mid-tower PC case is able to hold up to seven fans, where three of them will support the 200mm fans for maximum airflow while maintaining a quiet environment.
