NEC launched its latest Media Center PC, the ValueStar VS700/GG. The PC comes equipped with a 20-inch WXGA+ display, an Intel Celeron M 430 (1.73-GHz) CPU, up to 2GB of RAM, a 300GB HDD, built-in TV tuner, ATI Radeon Xpress 1250 graphics, and a DVD Super-Multi drive. Other specifications include six USB 2.0 ports, a FireWire port, 3-in-1 memory card reader, 802.11 a/b/g Wi-Fi, and 3W+3W speakers. This Media Center PC is expected to be available in September 3rd for US$1,967.

Chumby is a small computer that can replace your digital clock. It’s a full-featured PC which has a 3 inch TFT-LCD display (320 x 240), a 266 MHz CPU, 32MB SDRAM, 64MB Flash RAM, Wi-Fi support, USB ports, and 2W speakers. The Chumby was created to be used at home. It connects to your wireless network, and can download news feeds, music, updates and widgets.

Microsoft Hardware has joined forces with gaming innovator Razer to release the Microsoft Habu in October. It is a high-performance gaming mouse that offers up to 2000dpi sensitivity, a 16 bit data path, 1000 MHz ultra polling, and seven customizable buttons. The mouse is expected to shell out $69.95 when it’s released.

Sanwa has launched its new wireless mouse. With this mouse, you can store the USB dongle inside the mouse when it’s not being used. The mouse is available in black, white and grey. The mouse measures 64 mm x 108.5 mm x 38.5 mm while its USB dongle measures 18 mm x 55 mm x 10 mm. No word on pricing and availability.

Speaking of sexy mousepads a breast cancer organization in Hong Kong places these bare-all special mouse pads in select Internet cafes across Hong Kong to promote the importance of early detection through self-examination. Available in five different versions, the mouse pad features a sexy and beautiful racing girl on the cover and two palm-rests on her bust part. The price is unknown since its website can’t be translated into English.
