Dubbed as the Elecom DPF-A8WM10 or “Un Photoalbum”, the gadget has an 8-inch (1280×768) LED-backlight display, a 2GB of internal memory, an SDXC card slot, an HDMI out, USB 2.0 and USB OTG. Samsung Mobile Display will develop a new 7-inch AMOLED display with a higher resolution. The upcoming AMOLED display will feature a resolution of 1024×768. As a comparison, the previous AMOLED display has a resolution of 1024×600. The company has also confirmed that they will not launch any tablet with high resolution AMOLED screen this year. Sony has introduced three new digital photo frames from its S-Frame Gift series. The Sony DPF-C1000, C800, and C70A offer WSVGA-, SVGA- and WQVGA-resolution viewing panels, respectively. These digital photo frames provide an integrated speaker, a picture slideshow mode, a clock/calendar display mode, and an energy-saving timer.
