Genius released two new tablets for artists and graphic designers in the US. The G-Pen 560 is a 4.5 x 6 inch tablet with programmable buttons, and cordless pen. The plug-and-play unit also supports Messenger handwriting functions so you can stay in touch using the internet. Meanwhile, the G-Pen 350 is a portable tablet providing 3 x 5 inch working area and a cordless 1024-level pressure sensitivity pen. These Mac and PC compatible tablets allow you to write, draw, sketch and sign emails. The G-Pen 560 and G-Pen 350 are now available for $69 and $65 respectively.

Brando has released a mouse that also acts as a label printer. This Casio USB Label Mouse Printer requires the thermal roll paper which is expensive, retailing for $14 for a pack of 3. The mouse itself is priced at $29.

LG introduced its GSA-E60N external DVD writer that is able to burn DVD+/-R at 20x speed. The DVD burner features LightScribe Direct Disc Labeling support and will retail for around $60 when it is released later this month.

Saitek will release its new gaming mouse in January. The Cyborg is a 3,200 DPI laser mouse that features an adjustable shell for different hand sizes, a weight system, a 4-way scroll wheel with adjustable speed, two programmable buttons, and a set of media controls. There is no info on the official release date or price tag.

Fujitsu has rolled out the ScanSnap S300 ultra-compact scanner. Measuring at just 11.2″ x 3.7″ x 3.0″ and weighing at 3.1lbs, this gadget is touted as the “world’s smallest” color, duplex automatic document feeder (ADF) scanner. The USB 2.0 powered scanner scans at speeds of up to 8 pages per minute for single-sided documents and 16 images per minute for double-sided documents at 600dpi optical resolution. The Fujitsu ScanSnap S300 scanner will be available in November 21 for $295.

Sigma Japan released a USB hub called the Ivoku. Measuring 83mm x 38mm x 19mm and weighing 40grams, this Mac and PC compatible USB hub is slated for a November release. Available in leather clad or in a wooden finish, the device will be available in Japan for $21.

Wacom comes back with another tablet for graphics professionals. The Cintiq 12WX is an ergonomically designed product with a WXGA resolution of 1,280 x 800 pixels with 24-bit colour depth and a wide viewing angle of 170°. This 12.1-inch tablet also offers the ExpressKeys and Touch Strips. It will be available from November for $1679 and will support XP, Vista, and OS X operating system.

Here are some pictures of a new in-car DVD player with both touchscreen and bluetooth. It features a 4.3-inch TFT LCD touchscreen display, bluetooth for cellphones, support for DVD, DVD-R, MP3, MP4, DIVIX, VCD, CD, CD-R, and CD-RW playback. To prevent breaking glass, there is a detachable panel with carrying case. This DVD player is now available at Ipmart for $343.

HP Japan will release its latest C8180 All in One Printer later this month. This all-in-one Printer adopts 3.5 inch liquid crystal touch screen display. Measuring 448mm × 392mm × 216mm and weighing at 11.4kg, the printer also sports USB 2.0, IEEE 802.11b/g, Ethernet and Bluetooth. HP Photosmart C8180 comes bundled with Smart for Windows Web Printing Software. Its scanner feature allows users to scan documents/ pictures at 9,600dpi. HP C8180 will be available for $6400(after conversion).
