You are lucky if you are living in the States. Samsung has announced the availability of the Samsung NB30 semi-rugged netbook for the US market. The 10.1-inch netbook features a spill-resistant keyboard and a fingerprint-resistant lid that protects it from minor scratches. It also has a hard drive protection system, that shuts down the hard disk in the event of a fall to help prevent data loss. ASUS has proudly introduced their latest netbook, the Asus 1005PE, that features a 14-hour of battery life thanks to the new and low powered Intel Atom N450 processor. Known as the Asus ROG G73jh, the 17.3-inch laptop comes with a matte black exterior and angular heat exhausts. Known as the HS-105 Christmas edition, this netbook comes jam paked with a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270, a 2GB of RAM, an Intel 945GSE, a 10.1-inch LCD with a 1024 x 600 resolution with LED Backlight, a 160GB or 250GB of HDD, WiFi, and a 1.3MP webcam for video conference. Acer has teamed up with a Ferrari Formula One sponsor to create the Acer Ferrari One that is specially designed for Ferrari enthusiasts or car lovers. Weighing at 3.31-pounds, this special edition laptop supports a CineCrystal LED-backlit display, an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3200 graphics card, a CrystalEye webcam and a 1.2 GHz AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual-core processor. The 7-inch tablet netbook comes jam packed with a built-in GPS module, a 1,024 x 600 resolution touchscreen display, a 1.33GHz Intel Atom Z520 processor, an 80GB HDD, a 1GB RAM, an Intel US15W chipset, two USB ports, an ExpressCard/34 slot, SD/SDHC/MMC/Memory Stick Pro slots, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, 802.11n Wi-Fi and a couple of webcams (3MP and 0.3MP). The tablet netbook uses Microsoft Windows 7 starter as the operating system. Additionally, the Onkyo NX707A4 comes with up to 3 hours of battery life.
