Another Full HD monitor ‘VS239H-P’ from ASUS has recently entered the market. Featuring an IPS (In-Plane Switching) panel, this new 23-inch widescreen monitor delivers 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio (up to 50 million:1), 250 cd/m2 brightness and 5ms response time. It also comes with a number of connectivity ports including DVI-D, mini D-Sub and HDMI. The VS239H-P is available now for 17,800 Yen (about $228). [ASUS]

Not to mention, it also comes with an integrated 4-port USB 2.0 hub and features DVI-D, mini D-Sub, HDMI and DisplayPort connectors. iiyama is gearing up to drop their newest multi-touch LCD monitor ‘ProLite T2451MTS-B’ for the Japanese market. Designed to work simultaneously with two fingers or pen, this 23.6-inch widescreen monitor provides 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio (up to 5 million:1), 250 cd/m2 brightness, 5ms response time and 170/160 degree viewing angles. In addition, it also comes with two built-in 2W stereo speakers and has DVI-D, mini D-Sub and two HDMI connectors.
