You can visit the Mercedes Benz Museum in Germany right now to see the world’s largest artificial tornado. The tornado measures 34.43 meters tall, and contains approximately 28 tons of air (It takes 144 jets about seven minutes to produce). Carbon dioxide is being sprayed into the bottom of the tornado to make it visible. This artificial tornado has received the Guinness Book of Records certification.

India and Russia have joined together to develop a fifth-generation stealth fighter aircraft (FGFA). Known as the T-50, the jet fighter will feature stealth technology, composite materials, thrust-vectoring, advanced radars and sensors, and the ability to super cruise. In super cruise mode, the aircraft can achieve supersonic speeds without the use of the afterburner. The T-50 is expected to exceed the capabilities of the American F/A-22 ‘Raptor’ or match the F-35 ‘Lightning-II’ fighter.

Panasonic BM-ET200 is a new eye scanner that boasts voice activation while identifying a user in just 0.3 seconds. Priced at approximately below $2,500 when released in the US next year, the device can handle more than 10,000 user records. The device fires a harmful laser into the eye while the user aligns the eye with the camera by directly focusing on a green light.

Datacolor is known as the leader in the digital imaging world. The firm has released its new Spyder3 Calibration Products series which improves the performance standards for creative professionals and photographers. In case you didn’t know, the Spyder3 series features a unique colorimeter that offers a seven detector color engine, with an aperture several times larger than other devices. The Spyder3 suite features a new proofing capability called SpyderProof for color control and evolution of calibration of thematic photos especially saturated colors, skin tones and gradients. It also includes an embedded ambient light detector with a desktop cradle that doubles as a tripod mount and high-precision sensors to increase light sensitivity by 400 percent. The firm will display the Spyder3Elite and Spyder3Studio for the first time at the PhotoPlus Expo, beginning October 18th at the Jacob Javitz Center in New York.

This is the perfect invention for those who have weak grips as well as lonely. Working like a standard hand squeezer but with a nice computerized female voice to drool over;). It records the number of grips and grip force. The range of measuring grip goes from 8.8 pounds to 199.6 pounds and LCD display. You would think that anyone with a brain would want this, but I guess some people are bored=P. This talking wonder goes for about $12.99.
