Asia Pacific Satellite Industries introduces its new 3.6 Inch T-DMB TV ‘Ubina’. It is available in red, silver, green, and sky blue and has a maximum 5 hours playback time on lithium-ion battery. The price is around 165,000 Korean Won. The company boasts that Ubina adopts high-quality components to maximize reception rate at a reasonable price.

Microsoft has just revealed their newest prototype the “Agro/Xbox portable media player. Although much hasn’t been discovered, we do know that it feautres a 4:3 aspect ratio and a 3″-3.5″ display. More information will be available later. Via Engadget.
Neonumeric, a French manufacturer, launches NTG-1 PMP which has a 2.5 inch TFT-LCD display (260k colors), 512MB onboard memory, 1.3MP camera with camcorder & webcam capability, FM Tuner, SD-MMC card slot, line in / video recording, video out and JPEG photo viewer. Dimensions are 107 mm x 62 mm x 21 mm. Neonumeric NTG-1 PMP’s price are between 200 – 250€ or about $370-$462 when released.

Klegg launches a new model of Klegg Mini with Bluetooth 2.0. This new model is called Mini V12 video player. It features 1.8 Inch TFT, 20 hour battery lifetime, and Bluetooth A2DP stereo audio support for cable-free listening. V12 has a smaller size than Apple iPod. Unfortunately, Klegg’s new video player is only compatible with MP3 and WMA format. The Mini V12 will be available by the end of July or early August.

Thomson introduced its new MP3 players: EH306, EM2600 and EM2802 in France. Let me describe them one by one. The Thomson EM2802 music player is available in 1GB or 2GB memory capacity and a 1.5 Inch color OLED screen. It measures 40.7 mm x 91 mm x 7.5 mm. The Thomson EH306 is equipped with a 6GB HDD which features 1.5 inch color display and an FM Tuner and measures 47 mm x 90 mm x 12 mm. The EM2600 is only a standard MP3 player which is available in 512MB or 1GB configurations. These Thomson’s new MP3 players are expected to be available in October, 2006.

Qrio plans to release new 3.5 Inch 9.8 mm ultra-slim DMB player in Korean market which features up to 3 hours battery life time and internal speaker. According to Qrio, its price will be less than 200,000 Korean Won.

With the retail price around $1,000, Asus R2H Ultra Mobile PC features a 1.3MP camera that can be use as a webcam, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR connectivity, and 7 Inch WXGA display. It has also biometric fingerprint reader which provides some level of security to provide unauthorized access of your data in case of theft or loss.

Pure’s PocketDAB is a portable digital radio that features an FM tuner. With your purchase Pure includes a set of Sennheiser MC300 earphones.
