Folks In The UK Receive Samsung A600B Projector

You are lucky if you are living in the UK, because Samsung will launch the Samsung A600B projector in that country. Weighing at only 10.3 pounds, the portable projector features 1,000 ANSI lumens, ull HD (1,920 x 1,080) resolution, 3,000:1 contrast ratio, dual HDMI ports, Composite, and S-video. Epson PowerLite 450W and PowerLite 460

Epson today announced two new ultra short throw projectors namely the PowerLite 450W and PowerLite 460. The Epson PowerLite 450W features 2,500 lumens brightness with a 1,280 x 800 pixels resolution. Meanwhile, the Epson PowerLite 460 has a brighter 3,000 lumens with a 1,024 x 768 pixels resolution. NEC Announces NP610 Entry-Level Installation Projector

NEC today announced a new entry-level installation projector called the NP610. Designed specifically for large conference rooms or lecture halls, this projector provides a native resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels, 500:1 contrast ratio, 3500 ANSI lumens brightness, up to 5000 hours of lamp life (in ECO Mode) and consumes 312W power in normal mode or 237W power in ECO mode. It also comes with a 7W speaker and several connectivity ports including S-video, DVI-I with HDCP, 15-pin, RCA and VGA. Tokyo-based home electronics company Lancerlink is back with its new mini projector ‘Fine mini720′ for the Japanese market. Measuring only 50mm x 150mm x 125mm and weighing just 800 grams, this compact LCOS-based projector provides a native resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels and features a 20W LED backlight, 55 ANSI lumens brightness, 200:1 contrast ratio and several connectivity ports including HDMI, mini D-Sub and AV jack. Sanyo has launched a new dual-lamp projector in the form of the LP-XF1000. This projector features Sanyo’s very own QuaDrive Engine technology, which produces the highest level of brightness in the industry at 12,000 lumens in an AC 100V. The Sanyo LP-XF1000 dual-lamp projector also provides a high contrast ratio of 4000:1. The Sanyo LP-XF1000 will be displayed at the GITEX Technology Week 2009 in Dubai. ViewSonic has released not one but two new projectors for the mass market, which is known as the PJD6251 and PJL9371. The ViewSonic PJD6251 is a 3D-ready projector designed for conference rooms or classroom settings and has a 1024×768 native resolution with a 2,800:1 contrast ratio and 3,700 lumens of brightness. The projector also provides HDMI, Composite, S-Video and VGA inputs, and Ethernet for remote control via a local network. Meanwhile, the ViewSonic PJL9371 is specially designed for larger facilities such as auditoriums, and provides a maximum screen resolution of 1024×768 with a contrast ratio of 2,000:1 and a brightness of 4,000 lumens. This projector boasts seven default picture modes including Cinema, Dynamic and Blackboard, and is able to be controlled remotely through an RS-232 serial port.
