Designed by Zach Weiss, the Orbo is a series of watches with unusual dials. The series consists of the Temp, the Date and the Stop. These wristwatches feature orbiting digital displays mounted ontop of the regular analogue dial. The secondary displays show temperature or date depending upon the model. Designed by Loyto Esineiden, the KOKO MUO concept watch only uses the upper half of the watch’s face and a couple of bars to indicate the current time. The timepiece is easy to read. Oliver Demangel from France has creatively designed the Solaris solar-powered concept watch. The timepiece is easy to read. The time is shown by LEDs, with the hours on the perimeter of the design in blue, five minute groups in the same locations in purple. Four single minutes are shown on the cross bars in the centre. Designed by Matej Korytar, the 4D Watch has the capability to display the time based on gravity or relative to the head of the person whose wrist the watch is around. Precision engineered from high quality stainless steel, the Tokyoflash Kisai Console features three carefully drilled zones, each fitted with a curved, smoked mineral crystal glass lens enabling the light to be clearly diffused within each segment to present the time. The N1 Rocket dual-time watch from Vostok-Europe is hand assembled in Vilnius, Lithuania. Inspired by the N1 rocket, the timepiece has several rocket-shaped hands and a multi-angled bezel, which is reminiscent of the stages of the rocket. The external rotating bezel allows for timekeeping in two timezones and the screw-in crown supports 10 ATM water resistance. The Vostok-Europe N1 Rocket is powered by a 32 jewel, proprietary Russian movement and is water-resistant up to 330 feet (around 100 meters). Nike and TomTom have collaborated to create the ultimate running watch, the Nike+ SportWatch GPS. The watch records your performance with a simplistic interface combined with accurate pace and distance data aided by TomTom’s GPS technology. The watch is compatible with both Mac and PC platforms. The Nike+ SportWatch GPS will be released in the U.S. and the U.K. on April 1st, 2011. [Nike]

Casio today introduced its new G-Shock and Oceanus series at Eco product 2010. These new eco-friendly watches only requires 6.2 Watts of power to provide up to 860,000 watch movements. Tokyoflash Kisai Satellite Watch

Tokyoflash has unveiled its new Kisai Satellite watch. Easy to read at a glance, Satellite’s display separates elements of time into distinct zones. Hours are displayed in the upper zone in the same position as hours on a clock, groups of five minutes are displayed in the lower left zone in the same position as minutes on a clock and four single minutes are shown in the lower right zone.
