Linksys today introduced the Linksys WRT600N router, which is the company’s first dual-band Wi-Fi devices that can handle 802.11a/b/g/n devices via a standard 2.4GHz frequency while operating a 5GHz transmitter that works on 802.11n devices. The router offers some connectivity options including a USB 2.0 port for those who are interested in hooking up a NAS device, and four gigabit Ethernet ports. You can buy this dual-band WiFi router for $280 each.

Verizon Wireless UM150 USB Modem

Verizon is ready to release the UM150 USB modem that will allow mobile broadband access. The device is compatible with Mac OS X and Windows (Vista, XP and 2000) operating system. The download speeds will hit a maximum of 600kbps-1.4mbps, with upload speeds ranging from 500kbps-800kbp and the connection will rely on Verizon’s EVDO Rev. A network. Priced at $79.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate, the modem comes with a retractable antenna, a Y-shaped extension cable and a microSD slot for mass storage capabilities. It also requires a two-year agreement at $59.99/month.

Philips has decided to release the SHD9100 wireless headphones in the U.K. Priced at $345, the headphones feature a 50-millimeter speaker driver and a 30 meter range. The firm also claims that their new headphones eliminate almost all background noise making for a true unique listening experience. In addition, the SHD9100 offers six hours of listening time.
