Linksys today introduced the Linksys WRT600N router, which is the company’s first dual-band Wi-Fi devices that can handle 802.11a/b/g/n devices via a standard 2.4GHz frequency while operating a 5GHz transmitter that works on 802.11n devices. The router offers some connectivity options including a USB 2.0 port for those who are interested in hooking up a NAS device, and four gigabit Ethernet ports. You can buy this dual-band WiFi router for $280 each.
Verizon is ready to release the UM150 USB modem that will allow mobile broadband access. The device is compatible with Mac OS X and Windows (Vista, XP and 2000) operating system. The download speeds will hit a maximum of 600kbps-1.4mbps, with upload speeds ranging from 500kbps-800kbp and the connection will rely on Verizon’s EVDO Rev. A network. Priced at $79.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate, the modem comes with a retractable antenna, a Y-shaped extension cable and a microSD slot for mass storage capabilities. It also requires a two-year agreement at $59.99/month.

You ever thought to yourself why can’t headphones be wireless and easy to use? Look no further because Panasonic has recently released the RP-WF5500 Wireless headphones. These handy headphones feature 40 millimeter drivers, 6-hour playtime with full charge, a 30 meter range, and 0.56 in weight. To put the icing on the cake, it also features a pair of optical digital audio inputs, single analog audio input, and one audio output for listening to all your jams. Its advanced high precision 1600 dpi laser sensor can track on a variety of surfaces. This Bluetooth mouse also acts as a presentation pointer with a touch of a button and allows you control some functions including “Page up/down”, “Esc”, and “F5″.
The Sony Ericsson Portable Bluetooth MBS-100 Speaker is being targeted toward owners of Bluetooth-enabled handsets to upgrade their portable audio experience to a new level. The MBS-100 is able to stream music wirelessly from your cellphone via Bluetooth. The portable speaker is powered by an integrated rechargeable battery offering up to five hours of playback time. Sony Ericsson’s Portable Bluetooth Speaker MBS-100 will be released in Q4 2007.
Samsung comes back with a new Bluetooth headset. The WEP-430 is specially designed for sports activities. This Bluetooth 2.0 device has two microphones for optimum voice quality and offers echo reduction. The WEP-430 also provides 5 hours of talk time and 110 hours of standby time. No word yet on pricing or availability.
Motorola has recently released the S9 Bluetooth stereo headset in Korea. The headset sports 2.0 Bluetooth wireless technology, stable behind-the-head style, and touch-sensitive controls. The gadget allows you to switch from music to calls with the press of a button. Priced at approx. $108, the S9 is also water and sweat resistant.
Iqua and Suntrica introduced their solar-powered headset at the 3GSM in Barcelona a few days ago. The headset has an external solar panel that will power it. The device weights at just 14grams. There is no info on pricing or availability so far.
Philips has decided to release the SHD9100 wireless headphones in the U.K. Priced at $345, the headphones feature a 50-millimeter speaker driver and a 30 meter range. The firm also claims that their new headphones eliminate almost all background noise making for a true unique listening experience. In addition, the SHD9100 offers six hours of listening time.
