Telstra Outs A New Android Tablet

Here comes another Android tablet from Telstra Australia, the T-Touch Tab. Powered by a 768MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, this lightweight device sports a 7-inch 800 x 480 touchscreen display, a 512MB of memory, a microSD card slot (up to 16GB), a 2-megapixel camera, phone-calling support (SMS, email, mobile internet, video and voice calls), GPS, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, a 3.5mm headset jack and runs on Android 2.1 OS. The T-Touch Tab is now available for pre-order for a retail price of $299. [Telstra]

I don’t understand when new technology comes out it has the crappiest outdated materials in it… A 2mp camera?!? R they serious? They could at least throw a 5mp one in there…
For now I’ll stick with my iPad.
