Apple has officially confirmed the highly anticipated unibody 17 inch MacBook Pro, which is touted as the world’s thinnest and lightest 17-inch laptop. The new MacBook Pro features a 1900 x 1200 LED backlit display with a 700:1 contrast ratio, a 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo / 6MB L2 cache, 4GB 1066MHz DDR3 memory, Nvidia GeForce 9400M/ Nvidia GeForce 9600M GT / 512MB, 320GB hard drive and slot-loading SuperDrive.
