ELSA Japan released a 1Seg digital TV tuner on SD (SDIO) for PC. Measuring 55mm x 33.5mm x 8mm and weighing only 5grams, the device is compatible with both Windows XP and Vista. In addition, the company is also working on a version for Windows Mobile for this summer. No word on pricing and availability yet. One more pic after the jump!
