The i-Mate JAQ

Measuring 122 mm x 71 mm x 22 mm, the new the i-Mate JAQ is powered by TI OMAP850 200 MHz processor, 64 MB RAM, and 128 MB ROM. Some other features include; 320×240 (QVGA) TFT LCD 64K color screen, 1.3MP digicam, miniSD card slot, IrDA, a 2.5mm headphone jack, Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 PocketPC, MP3/AAC player, and Pocket Office(Word, Excel, Outlook). The battery is capable of talk time of 4 hours and stand by time of 150 hours. , The device works well at GSM 850 / GSM 900 / GSM 1800 / GSM 1900 and also has connectivity options like EDGE, GPRS, Infra-Red, Bluetooth and of course USB. No word on pricing or availability.
