TomTom GO 520, the successor to GO 510, will be available in Europe soon. The gadget offers a 4.3 inch widescreen WQVGA display, a 400MHz processor, 64MB RAM, 1GB of internal memory, Bluetooth connectivity, an integrated FM transmitter, and an SD memory card slot. The navigation gadget is an Europe-only release. No word on pricing or availability yet.
