The world’s leading provider of navigation solutions and digital maps, TomTom has recently unveiled its first large-format GPS navigation devices for the US market in the form of the XXL 530S and XXL 540S (pictured above). Both of these devices are equipped with a large 5-inch touchscreen display, TomTom’s Map Share technology, a newer user interface and the company’s own IQ Routes intelligent guidance system. Unlike the 530S, the 540S adds several unique features including Advanced Lane Guidance, preloaded maps of Mexico, the US and Canada, and seven million points of interest. The TomTom XXL 530S and XXL 540S will hit North America in October at a price of $280 and $300, respectively.
