Toshiba 128GB NAND Flash Memory Card

It is amazing how much memory they are able to cram into such a small space these days. Of course technology is going to get more advanced and compact but we wonder if there is a limit of how small they can make things. This new 128GB NAN Flash Memory Chip is a good example of just how small things can get. It combines 16 64Gbit NAND chips together to create this 17 x 22 x 1.4mm chip that will be compatible with the e-MMC standard. Expect these to release in September. [CrunchGear]
