Two New Digital Photo Frames From Viewsonic

ViewSonic just announced a pair of 800×600 digital photo frames, the DPG801BK and the DPG807BK.  They’re basically the same product, 500:1 contrast ratio and 512MB internal memory, nothing special, except the DPG807BK comes with a remote control.  No wi-fi on both, and while they look pretty sleek, they barely scream past mediocre.  $119 and $159, respectively, I’m not sure if the remote control is worth the extra $40.  If all that’s not enough for your memories,  you can add more memory with either the USB port or the memory card slot.  [Engadget]
